I used the Victorian fence, stand alone punch for base. The snowbanks were created using the decorative trimmer. I cut one out with the cloud blue card stock and two in white. Using pop-up dots, I popped up the white layer on top of the blue and the other white as the base on top of the fence. I used some inking on the edge to give it depth. The Greenery was created using the leaf Trio punch, another free-standing punch. The berries I use the bubble maker border maker cartridge. You'll definitely need a repositional tape runner refill for this project or a fine tip glue pen.
The second border I use the Victorian fence again for the base. The Pumpkins border is our newest border maker cartridge. The greenery in the background is from the Gardenvine border maker cartridge. I hope this finds you inspired to try out the newest. Happy Scrappin'

Sketchy Page Challenge using Creative Memories "Stash"

Good Afternoon everyone! Candace with Scrapin Jpegs here with my version of page sketch challenge from Creative Scrapbooking Sketchy Challenge
Christmas style!

For this layout I used the Creative Memories Jewel Christmas Additions for the "pie" pieces. The journal "pie" base was an old poinsettia paper. Used Creative Memories journal pen to draw "stitches" along outer edge of pie pieces.
"Christmas Traditions" is from Christmas Joy mat pack and used corner rounder on corners.
The base I used the Evergreen Border Maker Cartridge and punched outter edger of a 12x12 piece of paper.
The "light bulbs" border was created using the Vine Border Maker Cartridge, this is only item still avaiable for purchase. Cut out 5 borders out in colors, I used black as base and red, green, yellow and blue used for bulbs. Use your repositionable tape runner and run along the back of each border then using your scissors trim the leaves off and attach to Black strip. I used Stickles, glitter glue on "bulbs" to make it look like they are twinkling. If you don't have or want to use Stickles you could draw lines with silver pen?

Creative Memories Slice of Summer 2 page spread using the NEW Dancing Daisies Border Maker Cartridge

Happy Friday!! Today to I want to show you how to "KISS", Keep It Simple "Sunshine".  I wanted to create a layout with no cropping of the photos.

The Slice of Summer paper pack, stickers and variety map pack from Creative Memories were used for this layout. Using yellow paper cut a strip 7/16", for bottom of page and another strip at 3 5/16", then using larger piece punch the top of the paper with the Bubbles BMC (Border Maker Cartridge). Taking a strip of the blue paper and adhere behind the bubbles. The next strip, using the canoe/boat paper cut it 3 3/4". Take strip paper, with purple on back side and cut two stops at 5/16", this is used for top of page and another strip at 7/16", this is used at bottom you'll place that piece on a diagonal. The "happy DAY" is from the variety map pack.

I really miss the wave BMC but not to fear the negative space, the left over pieces when punching out daisies, of the new Dancing Daisies BMC looks like waves. I used Stampin' Up ink pad Brilliant Blue to ink the edges for more depth. You can notice the waves at the middle of page and at top below the bubbles. Finished the layout by adding the cute stickers from The Slice of Life collection. I use the foam squares, pop-up dots to add dimension to the stickers.

We'd love to see what you come up with using this fun collection hash-tag us #FreaturedFridayProject #ScrapinJpegs #CandaceBouldin and feel free to share in comments.

Creative Memories Woodland Whimsy Collection for Everyday use not just for Babies!

Today I shared how the Woodland Whimsy collection isn't just for babies!!

https://www.creativememories.com/user/CandaceBouldin
This layout was our trip to Yellowstone and we stopped at the Chocolate Mud pots. The kids just loved it and thought they were so cool. I wanted to keep layout simple with no cutting of photos to encourage you to be able to recreate. The base of the layout was one sheet of the same pattern paper. I trimmed the paper at 7/8" on three sides of paper and then flipped middle over. The two bottom photos are matted with the Woodland Whimsy Baby Boy Variety Mat Pack. Along with the "so stinkin cute" card you will find in that pack as well. The cute little skunk at bottom left is from the Woodland Whimsy Baby Boy Variety Mat Pack too.  I trimmed it with personal trimmer and then used our new 4-way corner rounder on the corners. The pink under the "so stinkin' cute" I cut a strip 4.5" x 10.5" and used the Scallop Dot Border Maker Cartridge for the border at top left. The word Darling, Handsome, the heart lower right, the arrow at mid left, and the 3 epoxy dots are from the Woodland Whimsy Baby Embellishments. The Chevron border at top right was made using the Chevron Border Maker Cartridge. The bottom border that looks like mini tents was the diamond shaped border in the Woodland Whimsy Baby Boy sticker pack, I used scissors and cut it in 1/2. The "My Handsome Boy" I took the word My Boy from Woodland Whimsy Baby Boy sticker pack and cut it in 1/2 and layered behind the word Handsome.

All these great products you can find on my website https://www.creativememories.com/user/CandaceBouldin

Snorkeling in the Key's FL scrapbook layout featured on Creative Life Scrapbooking using Creative Memories Product

https://www.creativememories.com/user/CandaceBouldin
Today my layout was featured on Creative Life Scrapbooking for their #BorderMakerMonday.

"Today be prepared to be spoiled with not just one border but THREE borders in one layout. I wanted to create a nautical feel from our vacation to the Florida Keys snorkeling trip but the Creative Memories Cool Serenity looked to tropical to me. So I use the Denim Blues Paper Pack for the base of this layout. The simplest border adorns the top of the page using the Cool Serenity Embellishment Stickers.

The border to the left of page was created using the Circle Weave Border Maker Cartridge as the base, they looked like bubbles in water. The squares are made using one of the slide in cards from Cool Serenity. Cut into squares and matted with Cloud cardstock and dark blue from Denim Blues Paper Pack.

The bottom of the border is my favorite!! The Sand paper is from former CM, I hope they bring this paper back, I love it!! The paper was torn by hand to give it dimension. The Coral was made using the new Leaf Trio punch and former CM coral paper. There is a coral pink in Hello Baby Girl Paper Pack that you could use to make work? The Starfish is from the same Slide In card that was used to create the squares, it was cut out by hand with scissors as were the sand dollar and seashell. They were on a different Slide in Card from Cool Serenity. I used pop-dots to give it a raised feel.

Please share with us which is your favorite element or elements that you will be using on your pages?"
